We looking for somebody Quiet, respectful and clean.
The single room is available now, the double from 1st of May.
2 weeks notice if there is any character clash between occupiers and the same for you if you want to go we only want 2 weeks notice from you and you free to go.
Parking space available, garden to use.
no smoking or wearing shoes in the house.
We found out that cleaning is always an issue therefore once a month there is a charge of £30 for cleaner and £5 cleaning products.
as we would like all people to watch energy and do not waist it the electricity and gas bill is to share each end of month but do not worry in winter your part will not be more than £25 and in summer really much less than that.
