We are currently looking to rent out a furnished double bedroom to a professional person. The house is a four bedroom Victorian property in Epsom located 5 minutes walk from Epsom town centre and Epsom train station.
The following amenities are included: washing machine, broadband internet. There is on-street parking on the road (no need for permit) and a large garden (at rear of the property). Bills (council tax, water, electricity, internet, gas) are included in the £750 price per month. The bedroom is on the top floor (loft converted area) and that floor space is approximately 22.5 square metres. It is furnished with a double bed, duoble mattress, bed-side table, bed-side lamp, cupboard, table(desk), chair and a mirror. The bedroom has its own WC (shower, toilet and sink).
We are a house of young professionals and non-smokers. We are looking for a reliable, friendly, clean and tidy lodger. No smokers and no pets. The rent is £750 per month and the deposit is £800. No fees. There is another double room which is currently being rented out in the property by another lodger.
