Choose between a Single or Double Room

PLEASE READ BELOW FOR FULL DETAILS - Am not renting both rooms, just one of them. You can choose whether to take the single or the double room. My address is between Epsom and Kingston.
Should you be going to Kingston university or working in Kingston, just one ride on bus 71 or 418 will take you there. Bus K3 to Kingston hospital.
If you work in Epsom or going to
Nescot college, again one bus ride take you there on bus 418 or 467..

A single or a double room is available to rent in my beautiful home. This means that you will be sharing the whole property with myself (Live-in
Landlord).

Professionals and students wanted. As I am a landlady, I am looking for a nice respectful, female preferably
to share the whole house with me. . The double is 750 pound monthly, the single is 600 pounds.
The rooms are in a well-presented, modern semi detached house,
large beautiful lounge, separate TVroom/ lounge, large kitchen, bathroom, two toilets, lovely garden with patio. Private drive way., lots of parking, Garage.
All bills included, internet. Deposit to be discussed.

5 minutes to bus stop, bus 71 to Kingston town centre, 467 and 418 buses to Epsom hospital ,shopping centre. Corner shops, petrol stations. Chinese take away, local Tesco, Sainsbury, Co OP within walking distance.
5 minute walk to bus stop, which will take you to the major shopping centre.
