Double furnished bedroom in newly renovated property, £997/month including bills. (Business Broadband, water, gas, electricity, council tax, weekly cleaner, gardener). The room is 3.68m x 3.4m. The street is a cul-de-sac, parallel to the high street.

There is Virgin wireless business broadband at 400Mbps. .

Your housemates are: a nursery school teacher, a nurse, a programmer and a school teacher.

The room contains a desk, chest of drawers, double bed, two bed side chests of drawers, 2 x ceiling height built in cupboards and an office chair. There are built in shelves above the desk with down lights. The window has black out blinds and curtains.

The house has two showers, three wash basins, and two toilets. A kitchen-diner, with French doors leads onto the separate sitting room (with underfloor heating) and central heating, which has double glass doors leading on to the south facing large garden patio.

The kitchen has a new large fridge (two shelves allocated per person), a kettle, microwave/ oven, a gas hob and electric oven. There are two kitchen cupboards allocated to each person.
