I am a professional person. I have 1 room to rent in my luxuriously furnished three-bedroom home off Esher High Street. It's a large room with two extensive built-in wardrobes and a large en suite bathroom. You will be sharing with my 5-year-old daughter and I. It's a quiet, safe area with local shops nearby and a train station all within less than a mile radius. The room is currently unfurnished, but once I find the right lodger, I'll put in a bed and dressing and a tv. The rent includes wifi access. A contribution of £100 pm towards all bills is required. If you get the room, you will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, and kitchen. Your bedroom and en-suite bathroom are yours exclusively.
