We live in the main house next door, but with your own entrance and fenced off patio area you'll be fully self-contained.
The annexe offers a double bedroom with a modern ensuite bathroom, a closet with hanging space and storage, a living area with kitchenette, sofa and designated working space.
Access to the outside space is through patio doors in the main living area.
Off-street parking is available on the driveway in front of the annexe entrance.
Esher train station is a 10-15 minute walk.
Wifi and bills included in rent.

Looking for someone who needs a home away from home during the week, but doesn't need the annexe at the weekend (although weekend stays can be negotiated with on an ad-hoc basis).
