Top floor, Modern House, Private Road.

Large bedroom with 2 x double beds on the top floor of our 5,000 so ft house. Approximately 1,300 sq ft so the size of a 2 bed apartment! We’d prefer a tenant who isn’t permanently here but wants a base near London. It has its own private bathroom, and the furnished lounge is set up with TV and Sky etc aswell and some gym equipment. Would suit a professional person or a couple (rent £1500 per month if 2 people). Shared use of kitchen and the rest of the ground floor and garden etc. Bills included. Parking for 1 car. 10 mins walk to Esher.
Our children have gone to university (occasionally home for holidays), just my wife and I at home. We live on a private street and my wife works for British Airways so she travels quite a bit. We do have an 10 yr old Golden Retriever but she’s absolutely lovely to have around the house and sleeps a lot.
