Room To Rent In Spacious 2 Bed Flat In Great Area

Looking for a flat mate to rent my spare room in my 2 bedroom, 2nd floor apartment in Esher. As I pretty much live away all the time you will have EXCLUSIVE access to the apartment. Apart from maybe me staying one night, once a fortnight/month when I come back from up north or need to travel. I am looking for an initial trial period of about 3/4 months just to see how we both like it, with the idea to extend past this period if all works out. :)

I currently have a female flat mate that has been living here for the past year which I have found has worked well.

You'll have the spare bedroom with a kingsize bed, desk and ample wardrobe/storage space. The flat is fully furnished with pretty much everything you need.

The flat is situated in a great location 5 mins walk from Esher train station. There is a Co-op 8 mins walk from the flat. Lots of forests and nature in the surrounding area to go for walks.

ALL bills included. Council tax, water, gas, electricity, wifi all included.

I keep the flat in a very clean and tidy state which I expect to be maintained by whoever moves in. Would be very much appreciated if it is looked after as if it's your own.
