Student Accommodation - Esher

I have a lovely room in a detached house overlooking fields with horses for a clean, tidy and respectful student.
The house is on the K3 bus route to Kingston and you can reach Kingston in 20 mins. It also serves trains to London/Wimbledon/Guildford.

In the house there are two adults (23 and 45, an 8 year old and two small dogs. We are all friendly looking forward to someone equally friendly to join the team.

Bills for heating and lighting are included. The home phone is not available. You will have internet access. The kitchen is shared and you have your own shower downstairs or you can share the family bathroom.

The reason I am looking for a student and why the rent is so low is because, I need a little help dropping my son at school 2 mornings a week and to act as a stand by to help collect if my trains home are not running or if for some horrid reason I have to work later than usual.
