The tenancy will be on a rolling 3 months as the house is up for sale - so basically you will have 3 months notice when the property sells (although it’s been on the market for 2years). The house is in Hinchley Wood and is 3 minutes walk away from bus stops, the train station and local shops. The train takes 22 minutes to get to Waterloo. All bills are included (gas/electricity/water/council tax/broadband and tv license) and the broadband is Virgin fibre optic unlimited.
The room is a large single (small double) with fitted wardrobes and a sink. 3 of the other rooms are ensuite. There is a shared bathroom, downstairs wc, shared living room, kitchen, driveway and garden. There is no smoking in the house. The house is clean and quiet and the new tenant will be expected to respect the other tenants. Every room is responsible for sharing cleaning the communal areas.
