I would like to invite interested individuals to share this 2 bed flat.

It’s in a really peaceful area with unique qualities nestled within a quiet private complex, Esher high street & Esher train about equal distances from the property, Plenty hidden gems in or around the area.
Trains to Waterloo in 20 minutes any given day.

We are a short walk from Sandown sports complex which has a lot to offer. inc golf, football, skiing, gym, squash, horse racing.
If you`re an outdoor person there`s plenty jogging/cycling/walking routes which surround the area.
Esher high street is very attractive with an abundance of Cafes, restaurants & bars. Multiple supermarkets within walking distances.

You’ll be sharing with a male 39, relatively quiet, sporty and proactive.
I believe I`m very domesticated and have the upmost respect for people’s private space.
I`m happy for the successful candidate to make necessary changes to suit their needs, making for a more pleasant living environment. Flexible on furniture if you have your own.
