Am specifically wishing to let to a non-smoking professional person.
As the nearest train station is a 20 minute walk (5-10 mins by car) own transport is essential.
As there are 2 other residents to preserve the peace and quiet of everyone visitors aren't really an option, sorry.
No off street parking but plenty of street parking near by.
Rent £650 inclusive per calendar month.
References will be required.
