Good size furnished double in a lovely two-bedroom mid-terraced house.

I'm looking for a clean and tidy housemate. Someone who is easygoing, respects others and the home. The house is mostly quiet and peaceful. Looking for someone kind, likes to have the odd meal and a chat.

There is parking outside the front of the house, a conservatory, and a garden which is great for the summer and a few BBQs. The loft is available for storing any light belongings. There is also a back gate and shed for any bikes.
