The house has a good size kitchen, back & front gardens, downstairs toilet & large bathroom shared with one person.. Separate fridge/freezer shared with another lodger.
Free street parking. There is a shed where you can store the bikes.
I am flexible whether you want to stay Friday/Sunday nights as part of your 5 nights stay.
The house is 5-7 mins walk to West Ewell station with direct trains to Wimbledon, London Waterloo, Clapham Junction. The bus stop to Kingston is 5 mins walk from the house.
Utility bills are included except telephone.
Single female occupancy preferred. No pets.
No working from home tenants.
