About Me
Hi, I’m Alex. Although listed as a live-in landlord, I stay in a separate apartment and am out working most of the week—so you’ll have the house largely to yourself. 😊

Location
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbours and plenty of privacy. Amenities are just a short walk away, with buses to Kingston/Epsom 5 minutes away and Ewell West station 10 minutes on foot. There’s a large garden for summer relaxing and space for three cars on the driveway.

The Room
A bright, spacious first-floor room (12 sqm / 129 sq ft) with sun throughout the day. Furnished with a double divan bed, three-door wardrobe and two bedside cabinets.

Kitchen & Dining
Recently updated kitchen with double electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Two fridge-freezers with allocated shelves, plus shared use of utensils. Dining area seats four.

Includes a bath with mixer taps, electric shower, toilet and washbasin.
