Location: The property is situated in a very quiet location, ensuring peace and tranquillity year-round. Despite its serene surroundings, it’s just a short walk to essential amenities. A bus route connects to Kingston and Epsom, with a bus stop only 5 minutes away. The Ewell West mainline train station is a leisurely 15-minute walk, providing convenient access to London, Epsom, and Leatherhead. There’s also a spacious garden for relaxing during the summer. The driveway can accommodate up to three vehicles.

Room: The room is 12 sqm (129 sqft) and enjoys abundant sunlight throughout the day. Located on the first floor, it’s more spacious than other rooms in the house. Furnishings include a faux leather double bed, a two-door wardrobe, two small bedside cabinets, and a pair of chairs.

Kitchen Diner: The kitchen features an electric double oven, an air fryer, a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle. Additionally, there’s a gas burner hob.
