A 4 nights a week lovely double bedroom with plenty of storage space. Mainly sole use of a bathroom next door to the room. There is a lounge which is generally free with a separate sky box for viewing with a dining area for breakfast & evening meals. A good size kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher etc, to share.

There is off street parking available whilst only being 5-7 mins walk to our train station which has direct access to London, Waterloo or the opposite direction to Guildford. We are 35 mins drive to Gatwick airport or 45 mins to Heathrow airport. At the top of our road is a local bus stop, where there is also a Co-Op & a few desirable take-away shops. We are just a 10 minute walk away from Ewell Village which is full of a variety of very tasty restaurants & good pubs plus a picturesque countryside area at the end of our road perfect for walks or jogging.

We are looking for a professional woman preferred who requires Mon-Fri morning accommodation. The rent is £500 per calendar month payable in advance with a deposit of £500. This includes all bills, phone bill not included, broadband is. We are happy to provide fresh towels weekly if required, bed linen inclusive.
