Pretty village 10 minutes walk, free street parking, parks nearby. Tidy, clean, warm home. No smoking in the house. I have a cat, so sharer MUST love animals & actually like cats. Washer/dryer. Gas CH, Dbl Glz Microwave. Train line to Waterloo 35min, Wimbeldon 15min, walk to Epsom, bus to Kingston (Uni) and Morden Northern L tube. Shops & takeaways 2 min walk. Very convenient location.
