Small Double Down Private Lane

I have a small double room (price reflective) available to rent in my 3-bedroom house. The house is down a private country lane in the picturesque village of Ewhurst, which has direct bus routes into Guildford and Cranleigh. It's a small double which has a double bed, new mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Wifi and all bills included.. I will also consider Monday -Friday renting at a reduced cost. My ideal lodger would be someone friendly, clean and respectful. Preferably female and from the Mullard space lab (but not a deal breaker) . I also have another bedroom available at £600 a month.
