7 days a week (mon- fri negotiable) Small furnished double room in a private detached property in its own 2 acres of ground. Situated in Ewshot which is just outside of Farnham and a couple of miles from Fleet. 10 minutes from Junction 5. M3, or A3 in either direction.
This is a slightly rural property for those liking the country feel but only 5 minute drive to either Farnham or fleet town centres where both have masses of great pubs and fantastic eating, shopping and train stations .Farnborough a 10-15 min drive and big cinema complex just a couple of miles away .
Plenty of private off road parking.
Use of large kitchen and share modern central bathroom with our other male tenant.
We are looking for a clean and tidy professional person in full time employment. 7 days a week or Mon- Fri Negotiable.
Must be okay around small dogs.
We are friendly and laid back and would like someone with no weird ways or hang ups please.
