Available early January 2026. First floor en suite room in 2-bed character cottage in Farncombe. On street parking on road near property, which is down a path and very quiet, with a beautiful garden to sit in, weather permitting. I am a resident landlady but often away working in London during the week. Shared kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All utilities included. Not suitable for home-workers. 20 minutes walk to Waitrose Godalming, 5 minute walk to Farncombe station, 45 mins to London Waterloo. Monday - Friday considered at reduced rent TBA
