Room for female lodger

Furnished, double room available in pretty Godalming house. Bathroom, kitchen and garden to be shared with the family.

I am looking for an honest, quiet, non- smoking single lady.

I am a mum with two lovely children of school age: so only a quiet, referenced person will be OK so they can study and sleep. No overnight guests please.

We have a lovely Newfoundland. She is 9 years old and a bit doddery these days but with the loving temperament typical of the breed. So candidates should like dogs.

Rent is £500 inclusive of all bills payable in advance. Deposit £500.

There is parking in the road and in the driveway by arrangement. 5 mins to stations (40 mins London Waterloo) shops, great pubs.
