This ground floor double room with ensuite is available from 3rd May 2025 for a single lodger.

Room is not suitable for a home worker.

The room is ideal for someone who is working away from home during the week with a permanent residence elsewhere. A Monday to Friday let is preferred but I would consider a full-time let.

The room is quiet and private and is set apart from the main living accommodation. It has a separate entrance via the shared utility room.

Please note that there is no regular shared use of the kitchen but there is a toaster, kettle, combination microwave oven, an induction hob and slow cooker in the shared utility room, as well as a washing machine, fridge and freezer.

The house is situated on a quiet no-through road and there are excellent shops and two good pubs within walking distance. It is near to good walking & cycling areas and close to the Bourne Woods.
