Communal areas are cleaned weekly.

On the ground floor there is a double room with private En suite room (Not available). There is a shared kitchen diner , leading out to the patio and garden. (The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, separate drier, fridges and freezers, dishwasher, gas hob and separate oven)

On the first floor there are two rooms and a family bathroom with bath and shower, which these two rooms share. (One room available)

On the third floor there are two double rooms and a shared shower room. (Not available)

All rooms are fully equipped with WIFI, TV, data points, underfloor heating with each room having its own thermostat to control the temperature separately to each individual room.

The house is local to all amenities with large Sainsbury within walking distance, two pubs, takeaways and there is a main bus service to Aldershot and Farnham . Easy access to main roads - A31, A331.
