Double room in Professional Houseshare incl. bills

I am a 29 year old Marketing Manager working in Farnborough looking for a new housemate to join me, one existing housemate and Bella the black lab.

The house is well presented, with a large L-shape kitchen dining room - The kitchen is fully equipped with an American Fridge Freezer, gas Range Cooker, Dishwasher, washer/dryer and a breakfast bar with high stools.

Doors open out into the garden with patio and gas barbecue and our bar! We also have a projector for outdoor cinema evenings.

In the dining area there is sofa and TV allowing a social area for a chat whilst cooking and a post work beer. There is a large dining table for socialising and working from home options. In addition there is also a comfortable living room with Corner Sofa and a Large TV.

The downstairs space will easily accommodate 3 housemates allowing spaces to socialise or have a quiet night in watching Netflix.

The two bedrooms are well presented and are furnished with double beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. Both rooms can fit desks for working from home options, and if required this could be supplied for you.

The large Bathroom with shower has ample storage for towels and linen. This bathroom is shared between 2 as my room has an en-suite.

Additional storage is also available in the attic and large garden shed for bikes and sports gear.

The house is ideally located with easy driving access to the main local towns and equidistant from Farnham and Aldershot station. There is parking on the drive for 2 cars but extra parking is available close by.

I am looking for other professionals to share my house who ideally will not just lock themselves in their rooms the whole time. I am not a neat freak but also want people to respect the house as I do. I am outgoing and enjoy a variety of sports and outdoor activities. I love travelling but equally happy having a few beers with a mate.

Bills include Broadband (200mbps), Water, Gas, Electricity, Council Tax & TV licence, and fortnightly cleaner.
