Double room

We have a good size furnished room available in our four bedroom home and are looking for a friendly, very clean, considerate & respectful lodger.
The house will be shared with myself
and my husband, our affectionate labradoodle dog (who doesn't moult), our daughter (who's away at university & is only around during main holidays generally) & one other lodger.
There is a shared large bathroom, which has a bath & large shower, however, myself & my husband have our own bathroom & there is also shared use of the kitchen & living area.
We are approximately 2 miles from the railway station & Farnham town centre and are on a reliable bus route.
