Studio self-contained Mon-Fri with bills inc

Please note that the studio is suited to someone wanting to stay Monday to Friday or similar, e. g. Sunday evening to Friday morning and possibly an occasional weekend by arrangement. All bills are included. It is not available to any lodger seeking a permanent home for 7 days a week, nor a home worker.

This self contained studio style accommodation with its own entrance is tucked away from the road at the rear of our property in quiet location.

The large, light and airy room has a shower room off the kitchenette area, which houses a fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave, hob, toaster and kettle. Cutlery, pots, pans, plates, dishes, cups, glasses etc all included with use of washing machine in the main house.

There is a double bed, wardrobe with full length mirror and chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and lamp provided. There is a TV satellite cable point (TV available or bring your own if you prefer) and dedicated broadband/wifi for the studio. French double doors open out on to your own patio area with table and chairs, overlooking the main garden.

Excellent local shops and 3 good pubs are within walking distance. Farnham town centre and mainline station are a 20 minute walk. The area offers superb opportunities for cycling and walking.

The annexe is ideal for those who are working away from home during the week and therefore, we are seeking a professional person Monday to Friday with a permanent residence elsewhere. As such, we would also consider a mature student. Due to the quiet location, the studio may suit someone who works a shift pattern, such as an NHS worker, who also has a permanent residence to return to.
