A good sized, recently decorated bedroom to rent near Farnham Hospital. My home is convenient for local bus routes and is a 15 minute walk into the town centre. There is also on street parking.
The bedroom has a new carpet and is fully furnished with a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a single bed.
The bathroom and kitchen will be shared by the two of us but you will have your own furnished sitting room with TV downstairs so we will both have our own space. There is also a downstairs toilet.
It's a quiet household in a quiet neighbourhood with a large garden to relax in during the summer months.
