Single Room Available Student House

Hi,

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy and rent
the room. I am moving out at the end of September so the room is available from the 30th. The property is a great size, with a shared kitchen and living room, as well as 2 shared bathrooms. There is also a big garden, alongside a garage for storage. It is a single bedroom that is of decent size, furnished with a wardrobe and a bed. All the other house mates are students, who are currently studying film, all of which are extremely friendly and talkative.
