1 room needing replacement tenant

1 room with en suite, has king size bed, small wardrobe with drawers and a desk included. Utilities and broadband included with rent, I also included the cleaner but you have to pay that separate. There is a shared living room and a big kitchen with plenty of room, there is a washing machine and hoover for all to share. There is parking. Town centre is only a 10 minute walk and the train station is about a 10 minute walk as well.
I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy because I have moved out.. Must be a student and will need to be there until at least end of August. You will need a guarantor. I can’t do any viewing’s..
