Double room in Victorian house in Farnham

Hello! My name is Marlene, I have a double room to rent in my three bedroom house in Farnham. I live in Switzerland and visit my home in Farnham occasionally to see family and friends.

The double bedroom is available from January and comes fully furnished(double bed, antique wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV). It is on the first floor over looking the garden to the rear so is nice and quiet.

The kitchen is modern with a breakfast bar and all Miele appliances. It is very well equipped with plates, pots, pans, utensils etc, a gas hob, dishwasher, combi oven (oven, grill, microwave), fan oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer. French doors lead to a cute south facing patio garden.

On the ground floor there is also a living room and a guest WC.

The brand new bathroom on the first floor has a shower, bath, loo, basin and vanity cabinet.

I am looking for a clean, tidy, respectful and mature person who will look after my home and keep it safe as I am away most of the time.

The other housemates are Emma and Maxi (not a couple), are mature professional people. No students - had a bad experience in the past.

Fast broadband, TV license and council tax are included in the rent. Gas, water and electricity are extra and each person pays an equal share 1/4 (I pay 1/4 as I do visit occasionally).
There are seasonal variations but it’s around £40 each (bills don’t come every month).

Rent is £550 a month with a £550 deposit required to secure the room. Rent is paid directly to me by bank transfer.
