Double room in Victorian house in Farnham

Hello! My name is Marlene, I have a double room to rent in my three bedroom house in Farnham. I live in Switzerland and visit my house in Farnham occasionally to see friends and family.

The double bedroom is available from December and comes fully furnished. It is on the first floor over looking the garden to the rear.

The room has a double bed, an antique wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV.

There is a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. Very well equipped with plates, pots, pans, utensils etc, a gas hob, dishwasher, combi oven (oven, grill, microwave), fan oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, all Miele. French doors lead to a cute south facing patio garden.

On the ground floor there is also a living room.

The bathroom on the first floor has a shower cubicle and separate bath, loo, basin and vanity cabinet.

I am looking for a clean, tidy, respectful and mature person who will look after my home and keep it safe as I am away most of the time.

The other housemates are Emma and Alex (not a couple), mature professional people.

Fast broadband, TV license and council tax are included in the rent. Gas, water and electricity are extra and each person pays an equal share 1/4 (I pay 1/4 as I do visit occasionally).
There are seasonal variations but it’s around £30 each (bills don’t come every month).

Rent is £550 a month with a £550 deposit required to secure the room. Rent is paid directly to me by bank transfer.
