Hi! I’m looking for two professional females to join my lovely, relaxed home. I’m sociable but also value personal space, so ideally looking for like-minded housemates.

The house is on a quiet residential road and features a spacious living room, separate kitchen, downstairs bathroom, large south-facing garden, and plenty of parking (garage + off-street). The home is kept very clean and tidy.

I also have a very affectionate cat, Archie, so cat-lovers are a must 🐾

Rooms Available:
• Room 1 (First floor, rear) – £550 pcm, unfurnished (do currently have a small 4ft double bed if needed), available from 5th January (possibly sooner)
• Room 2 (Ground floor, rear) – £550 pcm, unfurnished, French doors to garden, large under-stairs storage, available from 5th January

Deposit: £550
Bills: Split evenly
