The house is on a quiet residential road and features a spacious living room, separate kitchen, downstairs bathroom, a large south-facing garden, and plenty of parking (garage + off-street). I keep the home very clean and tidy.
I also have a very affectionate cat, Archie, so a cat-lover is a must 🐾
The available bedroom is at the rear of the property overlooking the garden. It comes unfurnished, but I’m happy to arrange a bed if needed.
