Thank you for checking out my ad! I’m looking for two professional females to join my lovely home. I am sociable, respectful, and also value my own personal space. I’m hoping to find housemates who share the same vibe.

About the House:
- Quiet residential road
- Spacious living room and separate kitchen
- Downstairs bathroom
- Two upstairs bedrooms, and an additional ground floor bedroom
- Off-street parking and a garage (space for up to 3 cars), plus on-street parking available
- The house is kept very clean and tidy
- Has a large south face garden

I also have a very affectionate cat called Archie who does slightly rule the house.

Bedroom 2
Rent £550
Available from 1st April (possibly sooner)
This bedroom is located on first floor, at the back of the property. The room is unfurnished.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom is located on the ground floor, at the back of the property. It has french doors leading onto the garden. The room is unfurnished although has a larger under stairs cupboard which has plenty of hanging space.

Deposit is £550
Bills are split evenly between housemates
