Double room with parking in central Farnham

Looking for a flat mate to share my two bed flat in the centre of Farnham. Very relaxed household with big lounge/diner, kitchen, laundry "room" (cupboard with washer and dryer!), massive windows that let in loads of light and are great for people watching! The bedroom is a good-size double with built in wardrobes and room for a desk etc. Right now it's furnished with double bed, bed side tables etc but could be unfurnished if preferred.

I work as a carpenter, out most of the day, at the gym or seeing friends in the evenings.

All bills are included in the rent - fast wifi, council tax, utilities, service charge etc. Happy to take tenants that only need the space for part of the week or short-term - can discuss options.
