We have a very spacious 20ft private and peaceful room available in our beautiful family home in South Farnham.

It comes fully furnished, including a sofa, new double bed with orthopaedic mattress; desk; wardrobe; chest of drawers etc.. The adjacent bathroom is large with a bath and power shower and mostly sole use.

The large kitchen is well equipped with your own fridge and storage area. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, private garden plus ample off-street parking.

The house is in a very peaceful, private no through road. We're fortunate to have the best of both worlds here surrounded by numerous walks/ running / cycling/horseriding, while just 3min drive to the A31. Farnham town centre 5 min drive.

We are 2 friendly, hardworking professionals who work office hours Mon-Fri, mostly from home. Our two boys are at secondary school and our 2 friendly cats live outside. On weekends we love walking, socialising with friends and tackling our garden.

Our new lodger: You are ideally a professional with similar waking hours to our household (6.30am-11pm). You have a great sense of humour, while conscientious, tidy and respectful.

Monday-Friday accepted at reduced rate, couples considered though rate will be higher to cover bills, wear and tear.

All bills including council tax and WIFI are included. If you need the electric car charging point, this will be charged separately.
