Lovely & Large 20' Room in South Farnham

We have a huge, private and peaceful room available in our beautiful family home in South Farnham.

Furnished it with a sofa, new double bed and orthopaedic mattress; desk; wardrobe; chest of drawers etc.. and there's still stacks of space for yoga / relaxing in! the room does have thermal blinds, and the large bathroom includes a bath and power shower.

Our spacious house has a large kitchen/ diner, lounge, separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer; enclosed private garden plus ample off-street parking. The house is in a quiet road with no traffic, with a fabulous pub and amenities a short walk away. We're fortunate to have the best of both worlds here - surrounded by numerous walks/ running / cycling/horseriding yet quick access to the shops and restaurants in Farnham town centre and the A31.

We are 2 friendly, hardworking professionals in our 40s who work Mon-Fri mainly from home; we have two boys at secondary school and 2 friendly cats (who play outside). On weekends we love walking, exploring, socialising with friends and tackling our garden.

Our new lodger: You are ideally a professional, though students are welcome as are couples. You have a great sense of humour, you're conscientious, tidy, respectful, like cats and ideally have similar waking hours to us in the week (6.30am - 11pm)!

Long or short-term lets considered

All bills and WIFI are included; brand new bedding and towels available on request. If you need the electric car charging point, this will be charged separately.

Couples - £230-250pw subject to requirements
