Must love dogs

We’re looking for another lovely gal who either LOVES dogs or has their own to join our little house!

The only thing we ask is the dog is small to medium sized, friendly with smaller dogs, confident being left alone or alone with the other dogs, and not destructive in any way. They will also need to be comfortable sleeping downstairs with ours.

The room has a good amount of natural light and can be fully furnished or unfurnished.. The bathroom is shared but has a large shower and a bath. There is another shower downstairs but we tend to use that to wash the dogs. There are two living rooms but one is used sometimes used as an office. The kitchen is huge and a good socialising space. The garden is a nice size too but there is a recreation ground only a 2 minute walk away, and lots of good walking 5-10 minutes drive. There is parking available on the drive. We also have a little gym at the end of the garden.

The house is only a short 15 minute walk into Farnham town centre and the train station. All bills are included but the gas/electric bills will stay under review. We also have a cleaner come every 2 weeks where we split the cost equally.
