Room available in friendly household

The house is about fifteen minutes walk from the town centre, university and train station, but there are local shops and pubs nearby.

The double is a large room and is available from 1 September.

I am pretty easygoing, and hopefully you will be sociable and happy to enjoy company as well as being independent.

There is no deposit, but I expect you to replace anything that you break. You will have to pay your first and last months rent up front (£950) then £475 next due 15 October.

The rent covers council tax, internet, Netflix/TV, gas and electric and other bills except your own food and any landline phone bills. Parking is available on the drive or street.

Please note I have a dog as part of my family, so an animal lover would be preferred.

Finally, although it is okay if you smoke, it isn't allowed in the house due to allergies.
