Small double available in 2 bed detached cottage

Hello!
I am looking for a housemate to rent the spare room in this beautiful 2 bedroom cottage. There is a shared shower room, downstairs toilet, communal lounge and full equipped kitchen. There is a large garden, surrounded by trees, with a hot tub, chiminea and summer house. There is a large private car park with space for around 4-5 cars. The room is a small double size, there is currently a single bed in there but am happy to replace with a double bed if you would prefer. I would also supply chest of drawers and a clothes rail if you would like.

The house is in a lovely peaceful location where you can hear the bird singing in the morning and star gaze in the evening but still only a 5 min drive to Farnham train station and town centre. Frensham ponds are approx 3 min drive. Guildford and other major towns are all within easy reach. There are a few corner shops just a 2 min drive away but Farnham has all major supermarkets. You would need to be able to drive as it is not possible to walk into town due to the busy road.

I am a full time teacher. I am friendly and easy going, I am sociable but the house is a fairly quiet one. I am clean, neat and tidy but still fairly relaxed. I enjoy going to the gym, running, cycling and watching films/TV. Would be happy to socialise together in the house but also have our own space. There is a summer house in the garden which I've been meaning to turn into a home office!
