No parking space available. But free parking 10 minute walk away.
The room comes with a double bed with a very comfortable mattress, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a desk and a chair, has a cupboard for more storage, draws and a set of shelves with a radiator to set to your own comfort level. You'll need to provide your own bed linens.
I am an engineer who works shifts so will be in and out but always up for socialising.
Rent is £700 PCM, Payment is with £700 deposit with the first months rent.
