I have a large detached house in Farnham Town Centre in a quiet residential road to the south of the town centre. It is two mins walk to Farnham train station which provides a regular service to London Waterloo, about 10 ins walk to the University and a 2 mins walk to Farnham town centre.
The room that is available for rent is a large double room. It is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and a desk.
There is a large shared bathroom with a bath, toilet and a power shower above the bath. In addition, there is a downstairs toilet.
On the ground floor are 2 kitchens, a smaller one complete with oven, fridge and freezer and sink and then a larger kitchen housing a lovely kitchen island and another oven.
I have a lovely large tree lined private garden which is approximately 300ft long All the bills are included (not council tax). The house is always clean and tidy.
