Large double in Weybourne

Hello, a young working professional with a spare room to rent. I am sociable and come along with my friendly 9 year old German Shepherd. Looking for someone of similar age ideally to take on a 12 month agreement though may have some flexibility on length.

The room is a large spacious double and can come furnished or unfurnished. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers if needed alongside double bed. I can provide a desk and chair for anyone that works from home.

The house is large and has the following:

- garage for bike storage

- large garden patio with bbq
- conservatory with bifolds

We are a 5 minute drive to Aldershot station for commuting and part of the Farnham town with bus links.
