It is a brand new flat and comes with all standard modcomms as well as some fun extras like a high spec coffee machine you'd be welcome to use and a large 65 inch tv.

I'm a 32 year old young professional working both in London and at home during the week. I'm friendly, outgoing, clean and I love my sports and films! Looking for someone to share the flat with who's also keen to keep it clean and tidy but also have a nice calm friendly environment to live in.
Happy to accomodate couples but would need to request an additional £100pm.
