This is a slightly rural property for those liking the country feel but only 5 minute drive to either Farnham or Fleet town centres where both have masses of great pubs and fantastic eating, shopping and train stations .Farnborough is a 10-15 min drive and there is a big cinema complex just a couple of miles away .
Plenty of private off road parking.
Use of large kitchen and share modern central bathroom with one other tenant.
We are looking for a clean and tidy professional person in full time employment. 7 days a week or Mon-Fri (negotiable)
Must be okay around our small dogs.
We are friendly and laid back and would like someone with no weird ways or hang ups please.
