Professional house-share in a quiet location within walking distance of Farnham.

The room will be available at the beginning of June.

We are looking to find the right person to fit in our house, who is considerate, friendly, and works regular hours. Sorry, we are not looking for someone who works different hours or shifts as it can make life more stressful for everyone.

The house is large and detached, with 3 bathrooms and a big garden. Open plan kitchen/dining/ living area with a range oven, lots of space, two dishwashers, and a laundry room.

We have 3 dogs and 4 hens, and often have dogs staying over so we're looking for someone who likes animals.

There is plenty of parking, we live on an unmade gravel lane but this can be very muddy in the winter. We have High-speed unlimited WiFi. Bills and the cleaner are all included.

20/25 mins walk to the town centre.

We are currently having some home improvements during the day so it's not ideal for home working due to the occasional disruption.
