Alice Holt near Farnham

Hello.
I'm looking for someone to share the Forestry Commission house that i live in set in the stunning surroundings of Alice Holt Forest! It's a 3 bedroom house in a row of just 8 inside the commissions private grounds. They very rarely come up for rent and get snapped up in seconds if they do.
I'm offering a double room and full use of the rest of the house. The room is not furnished at the moment but can be if you require. The rest of the house has everything you would need including wifi etc etc. There is ample parking, large gardens, access front and back. The property is surrounded by woodland so that really is your garden!!
Its a 5 minute drive to Farnham or you can walk to Bentley train station in 10 along the path through the woods which has a gate that opens up actually on the platform!
I'm looking for someone sociable who likes to have a laugh. No hermits. Would suit a 30 something who likes to relax after work or a big night out! It 's peaceful here and the neighbors are very friendly. I also have 2 dogs who like being walked!
I don't care if you smoke just not in the house. The rent includes ALL BILLS except phone abuse. Available July.
