Beautiful house, Farnham - available September!

We're looking for a couple/well off single person to occupy a very large double bedroom in a beautiful house. We'd like to live with like-minded people, professionals and tidy. Please read the full description and contact if you're interested. Room available with some flexibility for a start date from September 1st - 20th Sept.

The house:
3 bedrooms - one is already occupied by a couple - Saul and Laura, who are both self-employed professionals. Saul is a guitar teacher and musician, and Laura is an Artist (painter). The middle bedroom will be occupied by Matt, who works full time at Ashgate Publishing. We will also be living part time with Morag, another artist, who will be sleeping in a small room 2-3 nights a week only.

Available room:

1 enormous double bedroom suitable for a couple or a better-off single person

Sole use of one bathroom, other than when the occasional occupant is staying

Rest of the house:

Well-equipped kitchen, large dining and TV room, 2 other living rooms for sharing, plus lovely sunny conservatory

2 full bath + shower bathrooms, 3 loos in all

Large maintained garden, barbecue, river - and a garden building suitable for shared creative use.
-Broadband, some limited parking, and a river to jump into, if it's hot...

Location: 15-20 mins walk from the town, 8 mins cycle ride along the banks of the river Wey.

Rent: The large double bedroom is £140 a week.

Mandatory Extras: broadband, oil fired heating, electricity, and council tax between 5 occupants - £28. 00 a week per person between 4 occupants, or £33 between 4, subject to negotiation. So, if you are a better off single person, taking the final double room, it will be at least £30 and not more than £35.

No smoking inside the house.

Optional Extras: cleaning services if wanted.

NB The landlady is not resident in the house but care-takes the property from a separate annex.
