Single room in Town Centre

Includes all bills, gas, electric, council tax, water rates and internet. Just off West Street in the centre of town. No pets unless it is something small that can stay in your room. Would prefer someone who is tidy and quiet. The room is furnished at the moment as the previous person had his own furniture, but can be replaced by your own if wanted.
