I have a furnished Double Bedroom in my 2 bedroom Modern Mews House in Central Farnham to let to a Professional Male. Rent £595 per month plus Bills £100 per month, so £695 total. Very central, 1 minute to all town centre shops cafés etc. Shared use of the whole house including Lounge with large TV and broadband, fitted kitchen with all appliances, patio garden and 2 large bathrooms + separate downstairs WC. I am the only other occupant (professional male designer) straight, easy going, with usual interests: social, F1, Skiing , Cinema etc, etc. There is also a large loft you can use for extra storage if required. Council parking permits are available, or large car parks are opposite.
