Flat share all bills included

Clean and tidy 2 bedroom ground floor flat share. 10 minutes walk into farnham town and about 15 to the train station. Plenty of on road parking. Rent is for bedroom 2 so not the biggest room but can fit a double bed. Includes all bills, sky plus and internet. I have put I'm a non smoker but I do occasionally smoke but never in the house. I work as a hairdresser in the town center and have Tuesday and Sunday off.
