Room is furnished, and a decent size, with wardrobe, shelves, desk, and a double bed. The window opens on to the front garden, with grass, hedges and trees in view.

The shared bathroom (shared with only one other) has a bath, shower, sink, toilet, and underfloor heating.

We have a friendly dog (as you can see from the photo) and two ducks in a big garden.

It is rural and peaceful here, but within reach of the town and station.

Parking available nearby.

Local shop in Rowledge village is 13 minutes walk.
