I live in a 3 bed detached property, 10 minutes walk to Farnham town centre and train station.
The room has en-suite facility and has its own front door, available for single occupancy.
Self contained
kitchenette ideal for simple food preparation, including a sink unit, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle.
Furnished, double bed,
parking, broadband. I am looking for a non
smoker, clean and tidy person who works full time out of my house during the day.
Not available to home worker due to high energy bills. Not suitable for student.
Stay Monday to Friday
morning(4 nights per week), £490 per month including bills.
Deposit and reference required.
