I am looking for a new lodger to rent my spare room when it becomes available at the end of the month. It’s a good sized double bedroom with its own separate bathroom and modern furnishings. Move-in date end of March 2024.

The room is in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. You will benefit from private off-street parking, fibre broadband, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Digital TV and a modern kitchen including all appliances, tools and cooking equipment.

The neighbours in the surrounding flats are friendly and welcoming - it’s a great place to live, with everyone socialising together in and around Farnham.

It's just outside of town (8-10 min walk) and is only a 15 minute walk to Farnham Station which can take you to Guildford, Woking, London etc.
